Singapore's first commercial flight which started off service between the island and Batavia.

Singapore's first commercial flight  landed on 11 February 1930 at Seletar Air Base. It was a KNILM Dutch Fokker F-7A aircraft with eight 'paying passengers' and a cargo of fresh fruit, flowers and airmail. The flight inaugurated the weekly service between Batavia and Singapore.
